Now that the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved into more of an "endemic" phase, I am available for more face-to-face meetings than in the past few years. That said, I still wish to err on the side of caution, especially in instances that may involve persons with compromised immune systems or other factors. Much of my client representation can be conducted remotely, via email and telephone.
However, per Minnesota law, the execution (signing) of certain documents, such as Wills, must be conducted in-person, with witnesses present. For those meetings outside my office location I may continue to employ prudent social-distancing protocols, based on current risk factors.
I may change these health and safety protocols at any time, based on changing public health requirements.
